WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Handle incoming inquiries for groups, meetings, and events, responding quickly with tailored proposals.
- Quote, negotiate, and close contracts, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the hotel.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site inspections, showcasing our venue and its potential.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Work strategically with pricing to optimize revenue potential.
- Ensure seamless handover of confirmed bookings to the planning team for flawless execution.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?
- 1+ year of experience in Event Management (hybrid events? Even better!), Front Office or Banqueting Operations.
- Hospitality-focused mindset with bachelor-level thinking (Hospitality, Facility Management, or related studies).
- A love for creative problem-solving and finding ways to make "yes" happen.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a +) and comfortable with Opera Sales & Catering.
- You're a natural networker who makes connections quickly and builds strong relationships.
