What You'll Do:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining the Validaide platform, a critical tool used by pharmaceutical companies and logistics providers worldwide. You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features in the Validaide platform
• Own and improve services, tools, and processes to ensure operational excellence
• Collaborate with QA, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver secure and maintainable features
• Write clean, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews
• Develop and maintain automated tests using PHPUnit and Behat
• Create and update technical documentation for new and existing systems
• Optimise performance and scalability of the application
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in software development
• Strong programming skills in PHP and Symfony, with solid MySQL knowledge
• Experience working in fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environments
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Twig, Vue.js, vanilla JS, jQuery)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), deployment tools (Ansible), and test automation (Behat)
• Comfortable working in English and collaborating across teams
• Interest in contributing to meaningful work in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, React.js)
• Open to long‑term growth with the team
