Manpower is looking for a CNC turner and milling operator for a company in Tilburg.

As CNC turner and milling operator you are responsible for:

• Independently performing CNC turning and milling operations based on technical drawings and work orders
• Setting up and adjusting machines, including clamping methods, tooling and offsets
• Loading, creating and modifying CNC programs at the machine for stable and repeatable processes
• Monitoring quality and output and minimizing scrap and rework through inspections
• Identifying tool wear and resolving tooling issues through timely replacement and adjustment
• Reporting product deviations or unclear information in drawings and work orders
• Recording production data, deviations and special occurrences in systems and documentation
