WAT GA JE DOEN?For PostNL, we are looking for a CE driver in Den Bosch who will be responsible for shuttling full loads in the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipments are mainly on roll containers. The job is characterized by having few stops per day, with an average of 400 kilometers driven daily. The work runs 7 days a week, day and night. One week you will drive during the day, and the following week at night. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Once you start with PostNL, you will receive a uniform package and will be thoroughly trained by one of the mentor drivers, as well as spending a day at the PostNL Academy. Of course, these training days will be paid.
PostNL operates under its own collective labor agreement (CAO), with the hourly wage slightly below the transport CAO. However, the surcharges for overtime and night shifts are significantly higher. If you work 50 hours a week, you can earn between € 800 and € 1,000 net per week.

WAT HAAL JIJ ERUIT?To start with a fair salary in line with the PostNL Collective Labor Agreement (CAO):
• Hourly wage up to €18.17 gross per hour.
• A 40% surcharge for overtime, from Monday 00:00 to Friday 24:00.
• A 20% surcharge for evening hours, from Monday 00:00 to Friday 24:00.
• A 30% surcharge for night hours, from Monday to Friday between 00:00 and 06:00.
• A 40% surcharge on Saturdays for all worked hours.
• A 100% surcharge on Sundays for all worked hours.
• A good travel allowance.
• 8% holiday pay.
• 25 vacation days (for full-time work).
• Pension accumulation from the start of the contract.
• Company-provided work clothing.
• The option to have your salary paid weekly.
