As a Change Management Specialist within Philips’ Global Services Enablement organization, you will play a key role in guiding and accelerating transformation across our global Services community.
As a Change Management Specialist within Philips’ Global Services Enablement organization, you will play a key role in guiding and accelerating transformation across our global Services community. You will work closely with business and regional stakeholders to implement changes effectively, harmonize ways of working, enhance collaboration, and drive adoption of strategic initiatives.
Your work enables synergies across Philips and strengthens consistent service delivery for customers worldwide. Clear communication, structured methodologies, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential to this role.
You will report directly to the Leader of People, Change Management, and Communications within Philips Health Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Accelerate the change curve for strategic programs, including:
- Customer Service Intellectual Property (CSIP)
- Customer Operations & Services Job Catalog
- AI Line Model for Services (e.g., AI Voicebot)
- Apply structured change management methodologies to deliver objectives on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize collaboration, communication, consistency, and efficiency.
- Guide stakeholders through transitions by developing and executing effective change management plans.
- Collaborate closely to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
- Create and deliver clear, impactful communications (e.g., emails, Viva Engage posts, SharePoint updates, intranet content).
- Track, document, and report change-related risks, issues, and adoption challenges to support resolution.
- Support organizational design processes, including the definition and alignment of roles and responsibilities.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., change management, OD, business strategy, project/program management, HR, communication).
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with large-scale transformation in highly matrixed organizations and agile change practices.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and build trusted networks.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude.
- Experience with project management practices and tools.
- High learning agility and the ability to navigate dynamic, complex environments.
- Solid judgment, emotional intelligence, and business acumen.
