Our partner holds a significant global standing in the health care market. As a Technical Writer & Illustrator, you’ll join this esteemed team, contributing to the creation and enhancement of documentation and other media for service engineers in the field. Your role will involve supporting the development of new service concepts. We frequently operate within a multidisciplinary setting where Customer Services, Marketing, and Development are pivotal.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Services and Development teams, contributing to our Service Innovation by:

• Ensuring timely delivery of required end-user documentation as per project deadlines.
• Adapting drawings to fit our templated document design from .stp to DWG, as well as in PDF format, and making necessary adjustments.
• Gathering essential information for documentation enhancements from Market and BU, converting this input into service documentation.
• Providing guidance to Customer Services innovation and Development experts for ensuring top-notch content creation.
• Proactively coordinating document/media reviews, addressing comments, and securing approval.
• Managing document submission for translation, localization, and final delivery.
• Spearheading and maintaining the overall documentation delivery and correction project plan.
• Pursuing documentation quality enhancements by attentively listening to customer feedback and proposing improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or English language with a keen interest in technical subjects.
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across diverse functional teams and virtual global organizations.
• Exceptional communication abilities with fluency in English.
• Desirable: Proficiency with CAD drawing tools.
• Experience within a technical development environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment is also preferred.
