We're looking for proactive and innovative Electrical Engineer at all levels—junior, medior, and senior to join our diverse team based in Breda, Netherlands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Being part of the electrical team and developing a fully integrated electrical system.
- Improving the system architecture and its components based on the feedback of our pilot vehicles, requirements of stakeholders, regulations and type approval process.
- Improving the specifications and requirements, both on system and component level.
- Taking an instinctive design approach whilst at the same time being aware of when analysis and calculations is appropriate and necessary.
- Continuously evaluating and improving designs for cost effectiveness, manufacturing improvements, increased quality and value.
- Prototyping and testing of various components (e.g. MPPT, buck converter, motor controllers, ECU).
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor or Master level qualification in electrical engineering or similar education
- Proven experience in a product design environment
- Preferably you already live in the Netherlands
- Experience with electric vehicles and homologation is a plus
- Knowledge of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeter
- Programming skills (C++, RTOS)
- Basic knowledge of embedded software and microcontroller flashing
- Comfortable to work in the early stages of development, where not all constraints are defined
- Flexible and collaborative approach
- Fluency in English is required
