- Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
- Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
- Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date
- Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues
This is you
You're a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.- You've got 2-3 years of experience in logistics as a Teamleader
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and WMS systems
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- You are stress-resistant and able to maintain oversight easily
- Preferably experienced in both inbound and outbound processes
