With further expansion in mind, the Project Department of Conscious Group in the heart of Amsterdam and Utrecht looking for a curious, reliable intern for Projects. Conscious' project department is responsible for development of new hotels, maintaining quality of our current hotels, our strategic planning cycle as well as our sustainability. As an intern you will be joining the team in a variety of projects and eventually be responsible for your own set of projects.
As our Project Management Intern you are – surprise – responsible for the coordination of our projects. You…:
Support the project management team with anything and everything;
Update and help manage resource planning across the company;
Coordinate projects within your team and projects from other departments;
Prepare progress reports for your projects;
Perform research and can deliver a well-reasoned analysis based on data;
Are jointly responsible for monitoring and analyzing the targets of everyone within the Conscious Group including all F&B outlets;
Are jointly responsible for gathering sustainability and quality data and are able to take action based on the outcome;
Coordinate activities, resources and information;
Communicate with external partners and everyone within the company, and you ensure that this is done efficiently;
Have experience in coordinating projects with tight deadlines. You feel responsible and get things done;
Are able to bring your vision or findings across to multidisciplinary teams by means of visualizations and presentation.
You are looking for an internship for at least 5 months, starting between July - September;
You are studying business administration, hotel management or similar at university or college;
In your internship you are looking for creativity, responsibility and space to do business;
You write fluently and error-free in Dutch and English;
You want to save the planet, but not a sustainability doorbitch;
You are ambitious, enthusiastic and always up for cool challenges;
You live in or near Amsterdam;
