Do you have an overview over cybersecurity and can you translate this in practical solutions? As a security strategist for ICS you have the overview of both the threat landscape and the implementation of the current security. You work with many different teams such as the MT IT, the CISO teams (Security Governance, Security Operations &Card Security), IT architecture and IT platform teams to create a secure organisation.By designing and implementing a strategy you have a big impact on the security architecture and landscape. You are the right hand of the CISO and help steer the department in the right direction.

As security strategist you will be responsible for:

• Keeping up to date with the Security landscape and developments and propose solutions to implement in the organization.
• Convince stakeholders of the direction of the ICS security.
• Design and document security solutions and architectures for CISO tooling
• Create and review security solution intents for non-CISO IT solutions
• Perform gap analysis of security frameworks, regulations with respect to present capabilities
• Take external requirements from regulators such as DORA and create plans that ensure compliance to the regulations.
• Implementing PCI DSS security controls

Must haves

• More than10 years experience in an IT security role
• > 2 years of experience as a Security Architect or likewise
• Expert on IT Security architecture, strategy and frameworks (like NIST, CIS, OWASP)
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls and endpoint protection

Nice to haves

• Extensive experience in designing, implementation, maintenance and review of security controls (in areas of Identity and Access Management, Network Security Design, Application Security, Security Monitoring, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and hybrid environments)
• Experience in implementing Zero Trust principles
• Experience in threat modelling and conducting risk assessments
• Deep knowledge of encryption, key management
• Certified in TOGAF/SABSA

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
