What are my responsibilities?
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of our Finance team and play a key role in hotel’s financial obligations accurately and efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining organized and secure records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborating with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Recording and analyzing financial data using property management and accounting software.
- Ensuring all payments and documentation follow company policies and retention guidelines.

We are looking for a full-time Income Auditor with a passion for accuracy. You are curious by nature, detail-oriented and you bring your own personal style to everything you do.

To be eligible for this position you…
- Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
- Ideally have experience in hospitality industry.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Are organized, able to prioritise tasks and have a solid understanding of accounting procedures and tools.
- Have right to work in the Netherlands.

We are excited that the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is currently undergoing a full transformation. A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
