As Restaurant Manager of Floor17, you are responsible for the daily operation and performance of the restaurant. You lead your team, ensure excellent service and create unforgettable guest experiences.
You are hands-on, commercially driven and always looking for ways to improve quality, efficiency and results. Together with the kitchen team, you continuously strengthen the concept and elevate the guest journey.
You coach and motivate your team, create a positive working environment and take ownership of planning, targets and performance.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?
You have completed a relevant MBO or HBO education
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial F&B role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercial and results-driven mindset
Hands-on, flexible and stress-resistant
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
