As an operator, you will be responsible for operating the machines, resolving malfunctions, and achieving production targets. Together with the team, you ensure that all production tasks are carried out correctly. The goal is to make production as efficient, effective, and safe as possible. Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce parts or assemble cabinets.
• Determining the most efficient production sequence and processing production data.
• Continuously monitoring and/or adjusting the production process, with a proactive approach to prevent malfunctions.
• Ensuring the quality of the products you produce or assemble.
• Performing first-line maintenance and assisting the technical department with second-line maintenance.

For the operator position, you have the following:

• MBO level 2 thinking and working skills.
• You are a real go-getter.
• Working overtime until production is complete is not a problem.
• You have a strong eye for detail and quality.
• You are eager to learn and have a genuine passion for technology.
• Working in shifts is not an issue.
