As our Head of Brand & Communications, you will spearhead our brand strategy, ensuring it resonates with our emotionally driven audience. Leading a team of seven talented individuals, your goal will be to amplify our brand's voice across multiple channels, engaging our community and driving our mission forward.

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of 7 (brand communication and brand studio team), fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
• Engage with our target audience, understanding their needs and experiences to enhance brand loyalty.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content and campaigns that aligns with our brand’s ethos.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

• A positive leader with significant experience in brand and communications roles, preferably within emotionally driven brands.
• Proven track record of managing teams and nurturing talent.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to implementation.
• Excellent communicator, capable of engaging and inspiring both internally and externally.
• Deep understanding of or experience with our target audience.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, international, and entrepreneurial environment.

• A hybrid position: 50% in the office and 50% from home;
