YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and establish accurate financial results, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and maintaining financial transparency;
• Monitor progress toward financial objectives and implement improvements based on detailed analyses;
• Act as a proactive sparring partner within the Cluster Management Team, providing financial insights and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and investment proposals for various departments;
• Lead group audit processes and ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and compliance requirements;
• Develop and analyze financial KPIs for various clients, discussing the results with contract managers to drive improvements;
• Prepare financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, weekly and monthly overviews, business reviews, and ROFO;
• Calculate various financial scenarios and assess their operational impact, implementing appropriate solutions;
• Participate in improvement projects, collaborating with teams within Arvato to optimize financial and operational processes and achieve business objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher Education (HBO/WO) degree in Financial Management and Control;
• Comprehensive understanding of general business concepts;
• Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
• Result-oriented with integrity, demonstrating firmness in decision-making;
• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
