You will join a close-knit team of five Customer Service specialists and work as an account handler, acting as the primary point of contact for your own portfolio of customers. In this role, you will process orders, keep customers informed about their shipments, coordinate transport activities, and proactively resolve any issues that arise. Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in logistics? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00.
Your Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Keep customers informed about orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation while liaising with planners and transport providers.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
- Handle claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment data in Salesforce and SAP.

Wat vragen wij van jou
You remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and have a strong customer service mindset. In addition, you have:
- MBO level of working and thinking (vocational education or equivalent).
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service within a logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or warehouse environment (required).
- Experience coordinating shipments, transport, or logistics operations is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
Wat bieden wij jou
- A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,300, depending on your experience.
- A 12-month full-time contract directly with the employer.
- During the first six months, you will work from the office in Oude Meer. After that, you can work from home one fixed day per week in consultation with your manager.
- 25 vacation days.
- Travel expense reimbursement.
