Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.EducationUniversity degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred).ExperienceAt least 10 years of experience in network security, infrastructure engineering, security product development, or platform service management , including:3 years of team lead experience.3 years acting as Product Owner, Service Owner, or technical lead in a security or infrastructure context.Extensive hands‑on exposure to firewall environments, multi‑vendor platforms, automation, and network security operations.DomainsSecurity / IT / QualityKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Firewalling Product Vision and Roadmap , covering architecture evolution, lifecycle management, vendor strategy, automation, observability, and network segmentation.Scope technically viable releases considering platform constraints, phased rollout strategies, and multi‑environment deployment patterns.Act as owner of technical / product escalations.Act as the ambassador of your squad, ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders.Understand and capture needs related to segmentation, logging, policy workflows, and connectivity requirementsDefine detailed technical and non-technical requirementsEnsure the right level of operational excellence is put in place to meet Swift license to operate.Build, refine, and prioritize the Firewalling backlog, balancing Life Cycle Management, operational improvements, automation, security requirements, and feature enhancements.Lead sprint backlog refinement, sprint planning participation, and acceptance of sprint output.Prepare and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, Big Room Planning, and OKR definition cycles.Synchronize work with adjacent squads and Network Services leadership.Monitor squad performance, define the necessary competency set (e.g., Fortinet/Check Point SME, Algosec automation), and support chapter leads in resourcing decisions.Provide continuous feedback to squad members.Interact and communicate with senior leadership.Competency ProfileHighly customer as well as technical oriented.Ability to communicate effectively in multiple technical and non-technical areas.You are an inspiration and you show energy & passion.You think big (but you also appreciate small improvements) Capacity to innovate, think out of the box and connect the dots: challenge the status quo, and think out of the box for alternative/most efficient solutions.You achieve the best result by empowering and giving teams responsibility, but at the same time you know how to "excite", challenge and keep the team on their toes.You stimulate people to really achieve propositions.Adaptability and responsiveness to change.Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally; challenger, curious and a positive mindset.Strong technical background in network security, firewalling and automationExperience in Agile environments, ability to influence without authority, and skilled in cross ‑ team coordination.What we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
