In de rol van Operator in een 2-ploegen systeem, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurig en soepel productieproces. Je bedient diverse machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en houdt productnormen in de gaten. Je reageert snel op afwijkingen van de specificaties.
De taken zijn onder andere:
- Microscopisch kleine mijten zorgvuldig verpakken
- Kwaliteitscontroles door het hele productieproces uitvoeren
- Productiemachines opzetten en bedienen
- Kleine technische problemen zelfstandig oplossen
- Werken met een mondmasker (waarvoor je een toeslag van €0.61 per uur ontvangt)
- Eerste ploeg: 06:00 - 15:00
- Tweede ploeg: 10:00 - 19:00 (tijdens piekperiodes: 14:30 - 23:30)
