- Start your journey as a product finishing operator during your first month to familiarize yourself with the processes and team.
- Lead and guide a team of 6-10 operators, ensuring an optimal division of tasks within the production line.
- Conduct inspections and sort defective products to uphold our stringent quality standards.
- Execute work orders efficiently and ensure adherence to production schedules.
