Vacaturebeschrijving Wat je gaat doen As an operator in the Taste department at IFF, you will contribute to the creation of fragrance components that are used in food and cosmetics worldwide. Your role involves working within a 3-shift schedule, ensuring production processes run efficiently and safely. With your precision and attention to detail, you'll handle up to 30 ingredients per batch, helping to deliver high-quality products. Collaboration with your team and maintaining a clean, organized workspace will be essential to your success.
What You Will Do:

• Follow: recipes to collect, weigh, and process raw materials using a mobile weighing station with a computer and scale.
• Prepare: materials for further processing by mixing and operating production equipment.
• Monitor: production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain: safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a well-organized and hazard-free workspace.
• Collaborate: closely with your team to optimize production processes and uphold quality standards.

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,38 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
• 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• A contract directly at IFF in the future

• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
