As a Production Operator, you'll play an essential role in the cultivation and processing of premium-quality sprouting vegetables. At our client's family-run company in Nijmegen, you'll operate machinery and carry out manual tasks to help ensure a high-quality final product. You'll start with more straightforward tasks, giving you time to learn the process. - Operate and adjust production equipment used in cultivation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Perform manual tasks to support the production of fresh, top-quality sprouts
- Monitor product quality and uphold hygiene standards throughout the process

- Monthly salary between €2,745 and €3,260 (depending on experience)

- Experience in a production environment (technical experience is a plus)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
