Our plant in Beuningen is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist.
What your job includesWe are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to our customers. You will play a key role in coordinating planning, managing inventory, optimizing processes, and supporting SAP implementation within our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers.
- Manage supply chain planning, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
- Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase service levels.
- Support SAP implementation and system improvements, acting as a key user for relevant modules.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT.
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding supply chain operations.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and structured approach to work.
- Ability to work in an international environment and adapt to different cultures.
Education and Experience
- MBO-4 level (working and thinking) qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives and ERP/SAP implementation is an advantage.
