As an HR Advisor, you are responsible for multiple branches within our dynamic organization. You operate at both tactical and strategic levels as well as on an operational level. On an operational level, the emphasis is on providing HR advice and support to multiple locations in the Netherlands, where you guide managers on various issues. At the same time, you play a key role in developing and implementing policies at tactical and strategic levels, thereby creating broad impact across the organization and contributing to the further growth and professionalization of our organization.
In this role, you will be involved in coordinating and implementing various HR themes, such as improving absenteeism guidance, enhancing vitality, and developing talent. Sustainable employability and absenteeism management are central to your work. You will work closely with colleagues and external parties, such as our occupational health service provider, to develop strategies and implement interventions aimed at increasing employee employability. At the same time, you will take concrete steps to structurally reduce absenteeism, with an eye for both preventive and curative solutions.
You actively contribute at both tactical and strategic levels within the organization. Based on the organizational objectives, you translate ambitions into an HR strategy that you follow up and ensure in practice. In doing so, you help build a strong employee journey, in which onboarding, growth opportunities, and the development of performance and talent management play an important role. You also take responsibility for the strategic organization of staffing within our locations and strengthen collaboration by developing sustainable partnerships.
In addition, you are closely involved in expanding and securing our program Let’s get Stronger Together, with which we support employees to stay healthy, motivated, and productive. You initiate and secure programs in the areas of work happiness, vitality, and sustainable employability. Furthermore, you guide the HR strategy by making smart use of technological developments and the use of AI, and you respond to the needs of different generations with a generation-aware HR policy.

We offer- A salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month;
