Now we are looking for a Cleanroom Operator at our Eindhoven headquarters to join our team
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup and contribute to the manufacturing of this first-of-a-kind medical device.
As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for supporting our production process within a controlled environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.
Tasks
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to protocols, work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain cleanroom standards and guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Inspect and test products to meet quality standards.
- Record and document production activities and results.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on the production process and identify potential improvements.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of cleanroom facilities and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment (ISO-6), preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and effectively solve problems.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate materials and equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Experience in electro-spinning is a plus.
