Job Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Trainee who is passionate about W Hotels, music, design, fashion, and diversity. It’s critical that the Marketing Trainee represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers. They, like the rest of our ‘talent’, are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.
Your tasks
- Support Marketing Director with strategic tasks, happenings, and photoshoots
- Assist with press tours and VIP visits.
- To assist Marketing and other departments with creating inspiring content and collaterals through InDesign, Photoshop, and other programs.
- Assist and help create legendary W happenings.
- Update our booking systems and 3rd party websites with our content.
- Coordinate content for our social media activities including influencer marketing, together with our PR Agency.
- Connect with the local neighborhoods through events and activations.
- Work alongside on all marketing & PR related activities.
- Strong spoken and written English

Profile
You are an independent and creative mastermind who loves to create the best content, can write inspiring texts, is organized, and thinks out of the box. Of course, you are already an authentic connector and are familiar with the next musicians, fashion trends, and Influencers on Instagram or TikTok and love working with these platforms.
Being empathetic and working in a multicultural and diverse team comes naturally to you. We require a minimum length of 6-12 months for an internship in our marketing department for students following a hospitality or marketing-related study. Moreover, fluency in English is mandatory.
If you’re the right candidate, you will be passionate about the W brand. You'll have an energetic and positive attitude, and you are someone who enjoys a challenge. You thrive from working in a high-pressure and high-volume environment and can think and act quickly if need be. You are a team player and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
