As aProject Consultant, you help customers analyse how their organisation works today, identify inefficiencies and guide them towards better ways of working. You translate those insights into practical ERP solutions and support the full journey — from analysis and design to go-live.AI is part of this journey, as it is already shaping today’s IT landscape.

• Through workshops and surveys, you will analyze the business processes of your clients and determine how these processes can be aligned with Odoo.
  
• You are creative and communicative in formulating and developing advice, solutions, and potentially additional improvement proposals.
• You will be the advisory partner to the client, collaborating on finding the best solution in Odoo.
• Is everything clear? Great. In that case, you will create a comprehensive report and manual to facilitate the translation to your technical. Technical manuals do not intimidate you, as you are comfortable working with them.
• You actively use AI tools, as they have become an integral part of the IT landscape.
• You test and validate the environment your colleague has developed for the client. It is your responsibility to ensure it conforms to the client's request.
  
• You coach the client through training sessions, documentation, and clear workflows. You guide the key users through the change process.
• You work closely with your colleagues in the office, including developers, project managers, and your fellow business consultants, as implementations often involve additional features.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You have astrong affinity with AI, as it is becoming increasingly important in the role.
• You have strong experience inadvising on business processes.
• You enjoy communicating both within your team and with clients.
• You like diving into complex challenges and coming up with creative, well-thought-out solutions.
• You quickly understand your clients’ needs and translate them into practical outcomes.
• You value collegiality and believe strong teamwork makes the difference.
• You have experience with ERP implementations, business process optimisation and functional analysis.
• You have a background in consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• You are fluent in Dutch and very good in English.
