As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will help ensure our guests arrive to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Unlike traditional hotels, our accommodation consists of sleeping pods rather than private hotel rooms. This means housekeeping focuses primarily on preparing pods and maintaining shared guest areas.
Your ResponsibilitiesPreparing guest pods before check-in
Making beds and replacing linen
Ensuring pods are clean, organised, and guest-ready
Vacuuming floors
Mopping floors
Cleaning guest common areas
Cleaning the lobby and lounge areas
Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the property
Assisting colleagues when operationally required
We work with an external laundry company, so laundry duties are not required.
A Housekeeping Team Member is expected to prepare approximately 15 pods per shift while maintaining Delola's quality standards. Everyday is not the same. It might be that there is only 10 pods to clean but, after your training, you should be abel to do a minimum of 15 on your own.
Working HoursHousekeeping operates daily between:
09:00 – 17:00
The position requires availability up to 4 days per week, including weekends.
We are also flexible with the work start time. You can also be scheduled 10:00 to 16:00 as well.
What We OfferSalary€14.81 gross per hour
Plus 8% holiday allowance
Equivalent to:
€16.00 gross per hour including holiday allowance (Only applicable to those 21 and older)
Holiday allowance can also be paid monthly together with your salary if preferred.

About DelolaDelola is a modern capsule hotel located in The Hague. We are not a traditional hotel and we are not a hostel. Our guests stay in comfortable sleeping pods designed to offer privacy, comfort, and convenience.
Each pod contains a bed, fresh linen, duvet, pillow, reading lamp, USB charging port, clothes hook, storage net, and privacy curtain.
We are proud of our international team and believe in honesty and transparency from the beginning.
This position starts with a 3-month trial period on a 0-hour contract. During this period, we work together to determine whether Delola is the right fit for you and whether you can become a long-term member of our team.
If the collaboration is successful, we intend to offer a 1-year contract with a minimum of 24 hours per week. However, we believe in being honest from the start. This is why we are choosing to be transparent about this.
