As a junior production operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will play a hands-on role in producing and packaging cheese using advanced automated machinery. You will start with guided training, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you grow into the position. What You Will Do:

• Operate and monitor: automated production and packaging lines to ensure smooth processes.
• Perform: quality checks on cheese products and packaging to maintain high standards.
• Adjust: machine settings and respond to minor deviations in the production process.
• Collaborate: with experienced operators and technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Maintain: a clean and organized workspace while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Working hoursYou will work in a fixed 3-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00-23:00, Friday until 22:30
• Night shift: 23:00-07:00
