Position OverviewA Transformation Consultant will work on complex, digital‑transformation projects for international clients, engaging with C‑level executives and delivering innovative solutions that drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities- Engage directly with C‑level executives on key projects, providing advice and designing innovative solutions.
- Analyze each client to create tailored solutions, including new IT Operating Models.
- Support portfolio development, demonstrate thought leadership, and support sales processes.
- Contribute to client activities such as IT Strategy & Operating Models, Platform & Application Architecture.
- Participate in an international team and frequent internal knowledge‑sharing events.
- International consulting projects with room to implement your own ideas.
- Relevant internal and external technology courses and certificates (ITIL, IT4IT, SAFE, TOGAF, MS Azure, AWS, etc.).

- Master’s degree or equivalent with strong IT affinity (e.g., IT & Business Information Management, Informatics, Business Administration, Economics).
- More than 6 years of consulting experience in complex IT transformations, enterprise/application architecture, or business platform environments.
- Experience in business development at CIO/IT management level.
- Willingness to travel to customers, including international travel.
- Training and certifications in DevOps, ITIL, ITSM solutions, SAP, Cloud technologies (highly desirable).
- Good oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
- Primary residence in the Netherlands.
