Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 – the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem‑solving scenario, etc.

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development of advanced equipment and mechatronic systems within high‑tech and regulated environments to work on‑site at our key client. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with structured project management to successfully deliver complex engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Defining project scope, objectives, planning, budget, and resources in alignment with stakeholders
• Leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Monitoring project progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating technical and project risks
• Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and providing clear project reporting
• Overseeing the technical development of equipment and mechatronic systems
• Ensuring compliance with applicable industry and (medical) regulations and standards
• Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and post‑project evaluations

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management within equipment and/or mechatronic system development
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in mechatronics, robotics, or related domains
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end‑to‑end, on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent)
• Familiarity with relevant industry and medical standards and compliance regulations
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

Nice to have:

• Master’s degree and/or PMP certification
