Join a professional flight deck team operating the Jetstream 31/32 in a multi‑crew, IFR environment. This role is ideal for pilots eager to consolidate turbine time and strengthen crew resource management while flying to the highest safety and SOP standards. Non‑type‑rated candidates are welcome—we’ll provide the full training pathway.
What you’ll do- Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures using robust CRM and checklist discipline.
- Operate and monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communications in an IFR, multi‑sector environment.
- Contribute to a just culture through proactive safety reporting and continuous improvement.
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL theory credit) including valid IR, MCC, and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5
- Type Rating: Not required — Jetstream 31/32 training provided
- Open to License Holders: EASA only
- Passport: Valid, without travel restrictions
- Driver’s license: Valid car driver’s license
- Background check: Able to pass all required security clearances
Successful external candidates will first complete the AIS Bridge Course, designed to align skills and standards prior to commencing the Jetstream 31/32 Type Rating Course. This bridge course is not required for former AIS students. Following successful completion, you’ll proceed directly into the type rating and supervised line flying.
