Are we looking for YOU as our next Restaurant Supervisor?
As the Restaurant Supervisor you are responsible for the daily operation of our Ristorante51 at the Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas.
· You will manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar
· You will motivate and engage staff in the department through "learning by doing”
· You will make sure that the guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering a caring and professional service in a relaxed and stylish environment
· You will actively and visibly participate in the daily operations
· You will proactively build a long-term relationship with guests and key partners
· You will recruit, introduce and shape a well-functioning team
· You will train and motivate employees so that they handle alcohol responsibly, HACCP standards and serve according to agreed service procedures
Your profile
You are an experienced F&B person, positive, flexible and you know how the deal with stress. You have extensive experience in leading positions within hotel, restaurant or meeting business. The knowledge of English is a must, Dutch a plus.
