As a Senior Product Owner, you'll lead the evolution of a powerful SaaS platform used by global engineering companies to manage technical documentation, track revisions, and handle complex project data. You'll join a brand-new Scrum team with three developers and one tester, all still new to Scrum and PO roles, taking over from the original founder-now Product Manager-who's ready to hand over the reins.
This is a unique chance to set up the way of working from scratch, lead a cross-functional team, and unify two mature platforms into one future-proof solution. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work closely with product managers on strategy and bring clarity and focus to a product critical to some of the world's toughest projects. Both platforms keep their distinct roles: one aggregates data from systems like SharePoint and Salesforce, focusing on oil platforms and factories; the other handles document storage, drawings, and process control.
