As a QHSE specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving standards in the areas of quality, health & safety and environment across the region. You will oversee the operational implementation of these standards, as well as customer‑specific procedures and regulations. In addition, you will act as a health and safety officer to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You will be involved in continuous improvement projects, participate in various initiatives, prepare reports and conduct both internal and external audits.
Responsibilities- coordinating, advising on and monitoring all standards and guidelines;
- ensuring the correct follow‑up and implementation of incidents and changes;
- working closely with operations and management.
- excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
- knowledge of health & safety regulations and ISO standards;
- passion and enthusiasm for the profession, with the ability to inspire others;
- proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics environment.
