Who we are looking for

It will be your task to support the creation of learning content for our Academy. You will be responsible for designing and developing courses and other knowledge transfer items. Based on client needs, you create suitable learning solutions, effectively utilizing our learning technologies for maximum impact. You will play a crucial role in elevating the Academy by contributing to innovative learning approaches. With your knowledge of instructional technology, you develop microlearnings such as videos, infographics, and other interactive/innovative formats. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, the e-learning designer, and other colleagues. As a learning enthusiast, you will also participate in evaluating our Learning Management System (LMS).

How you will contribute

We offer innovative software solutions that help our clients streamline their financial reporting and audit processes. Caseware Nederland is preparing to implement an LMS, and we need your expertise! As an instructional designer, you will work closely with subject matter experts to develop interactive and effective training materials that enable our clients to maximize our software. You should have a background in instructional design, experience with e-learning authoring tools, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating high-quality educational content. If you want to be part of a learning and development team and take responsibility for our Academy's content, we would love to hear from you.

• Experience in creating e-learning content (instructional design) and working with authoring tools like Articulate/Storyline 360. Experience in technical or financial sectors is a plus.
• Educational background in teaching or related fields (HBO+ level).
• Excellent written Dutch language skills.
• Good command of English.
• Innovative, up-to-date with digital developments in e-learning.
• Experience with LMS management systems like Moodle is a plus.
