As a senior PHP Developer, you’ll play a leading role in one of our scrum teams, taking ownership of technical decisions, mentoring colleagues, and driving code quality and architectural improvement.

• Guiding development of complex backend systems using PHP;
• Design scalable solutions with architecture and design patterns;
• Write clean, well-tested code using SOLID and TDD principles;
• Coach and mentor junior and medior developers;
• Contribute to breaking down the monolith into microservices;
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of APIs;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• At least 7 years of professional PHP development experience;
• Deep knowledge of frameworks like Laravel or Symfony;
• Strong experience with REST APIs, MySQL, and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React is a plus);
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and using Docker or Vagrant;
• Familiarity with Git and search engines like Solr or Elasticsearch;
• Available to work at least 3 days a week onsite in Veghel;
• A proactive mindset and natural leadership skills.
