What will you be doing?
As Manager Digital Transformation - SAP Technology, you will mostly operate in multidisciplinary teams (including deals, technical accounting experts, data analysts) to successfully execute challenging digital transformation projects. You will often assume the role of project manager, acting as the customer's contact point and being responsible for correct delivery of the end product.

As a Manager Digital Transformation - SAP technology the activities that you will be working on include:
- Challenging and complex projects in which you integrate technical solutions (including SAP S4/HANA, SAP GRC, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud for Analytics, Fiori and SAP GRC) with the customer's business needs.
- Analyzing (financial) business processes and advising on system adjustments and improvements.
- Advising customers on how to optimize their processes, systems and reporting and comply with relevant laws and regulations (including ESG, CSRD)
- Identifying operational and financial risks and implementing and/or automating internal control measures.
- Managing a (multidisciplinary) team of enthusiastic SAP professionals to optimize organizations, processes, systems and reporting.
- You act as a point of contact for the customer and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of SAP solutions

- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an SAP implementation partner or demonstrable experience as a technical or functional consultant / manager
- You have a university degree (such as information management, business administration, business economics, mathematics, econometrics, accountancy);
- You are not only technically skilled, but also motivated to advise customers on how to optimize their IT organization, financial & operational processes, associated systems & controls;
- Knowledge about financial reporting requirements and/or internal control is a plus, (possibly in combination with a RE, RA, RO or RC education) or you are open to further develop this knowledge
- SAP Certifications are a plus;
- You are people?'oriented and socially skilled in political, dynamic and complex environments. You are also creative when it comes to managing different stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
