Are you a customer-focused individual who enjoys providing excellent service? If so, this is the perfect job for you! For a costomer contact center we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong knowledge of the Danish and English language. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing customer contacts in a correct and customer-friendly manner, over the phone and via email. Additionally, you will ensure that customers receive accurate and complete information and that all information and actions are properly recorded in the system. Further responsibilities:

The company you will be working for is a supply chain/E-commerce company that takes over transportation for businesses. The customer's products are stored in a warehouse/distribution center, Moduslink takes care of transportation and customer service. You will be working from home for the customer contact center located in Apeldoorn.
Eisen
- Excellent knowledge of the Danish and English language
- Experience with a CRM system
- MBO work and thinking level
Wat wij bieden
- A function for 20 hours a week;
- A salary between €1900 and €2000 per month based on full time;
- Availability from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday);
- Work from home;
- All necessary equipment, such as laptop, software, headset etc. To perform the work is provided by the company;
- Immediate start.
