Main duties;
- Carries out Front Office procedures to provide highest standards of service;
- Checking in and out of guests and follow the GDPR while registering guests and or visitors;
- Giving excellent and personalized service to guests according to hotel’s standards;
- Functions as Front Office Agent incl. Concierge and Receptionist tasks during days and night;
- Aligns tasks, questions and complaints with other departments;
- Sells available rooms to walk-ins;
- Promotes up-selling;
- Makes and confirms reservations;
- Provides guest with tourist information about Amsterdam, sights etc.;
- Conducts payments via cashier system;
- Is responsible for telephone service;
- Responding to emails from reservations + hotel
- Assists in training new team members;
- Works together with other departments;
- Completes the daily checklists.
- Working experience in 4*/5* hotels;
- Is allowed to work in the Netherlands (working permit)
- Knowledge of Opera;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Service and guest oriented;

- Able to work well in a team and alone;
- Flexible and Enthusiastic.
