The Supply and Trading operator carries out the tasks required to meet the contractual agreements and deals agreed by their traders or refinery optimizers. They will liaise with internal departments, customers and other external parties such as third party operations, brokers and independent inspectors as part of implementing each contract supporting the trading team.
The Barge operator will be expected to accurately & timely execute Barge operations and all related aspects. Understanding of factors in operations that impact P&L and exposure.
The scope of this position as Barge operator is to optimize the product supply chain to ensure a consistent and traceable supply of product whilst maximizing the supply, distribution and trading P&L and complying with customs, tax and trade regulations.

Ownership of operational impact on P&L and cost structure of own scope
Identifies opportunities for business development and improvement.
Basic project management skills. Able to assist in once-off projects
Foresees and minimizes potential issues and solves problems in cooperation with department and escalates when required.
Ownership of KPIs. Strong and accurate day 2 day performance
Covering duty role and with proper handover cover other team members during planned leave.
Identify relevant stakeholders and relation to stakeholder (client/service provider /external / internal). Act with respect & integrity with stakeholders. Ability to identify potential conflict of interest between stakeholder and act appropriately. Seek guidance on advanced stakeholder management
