It is of course very nice for MGG if you already have work experience as an operator on CNC machines, but this is not a must!
What is a must?
As an operator you work very accurately.
As an operator at MGG you are responsible for the entire production process.
But what exactly do you do?
You will clamp the products in the (CNC) machine.
When the machine is ready, you perform a visual quality check. You then clean the product and carry out assembly work. The most important part of this entire process is quality control.
You perform this using measuring tools, such as a vernier caliper or micrometer. It is an advantage if you already know how to deal with this, but you can certainly be taught this. Changing tools and solving minor malfunctions are also part of your responsibilities.
