We are growing like crazy, almost doubling our headcount year on year and we need the best people to help make that happen. But so far, we have not really had the time to showcase who we are, what we are about and why they should definitely consider joining us on this high speed journey.
One month ago, we started our global Employer Branding function - to do just that! You can take part from the very beginning. As a Senior Employer Branding Specialist, you will be focusing on rolling out our EVP, developing our career channel strategy and creating an awareness content recipe that shows our future workforce a taste of why they should choose us. And as things go with a new function… there will be plenty more to pick up and shape for you. We work in a small team, so not all tasks are set in stone. We are cooking this up together, so team spirit is key to our success.
Position Just Eat Takeaway.com as an employer of choice for the people we need to hire
Create and safeguard our EVP and roll it out across our career channels
Develop a solid career channel strategy for all global career channels
initiate, roll out and manage the global awareness content program
Start a solid KPI dashboard, insights and feedback loop to influence brand perception
Set up and manage our employer brand community and ambassador program
The perfect ingredients for this role are; solid experience in the international employer brand space AND a highly adaptive, creative mindset.
Experience and qualifications:
University degree, preferably in marketing or related
5 -7 years of relevant experience in the Employer brand space
Ability to think strategically and scale initiatives
Creative and adaptive attitude (things may change along the way)
Effective stakeholder management skills
