IT Project Lead (Video Security System Implementation, Intercom, License plate, etc.)

We are looking for a project lead / business analyst to lead and implement several security systems.Standard security systems for access control, video, license plate recognition and intercom need to be implemented in 2021.
The System Development Life Cycle process (SDLC) governs the way IT systems are planned, implemented and delivered within the company and will provide the necessary guidance for the project.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities and communicate actions, issues and escalations
Report progress to stakeholders
Interact with suppliers, business and IT support groups to enable successful implementation
Establish system documentation according to SDLC
Ensure working according to guidelines
Skill set
Ability to influence and communicate with all levels of the organization
Good communication skills
Proactive and high level of stamina
Analytical mindset
Experience in project management
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience is required;
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis/project management preferably in the area of Facility & Engineering.
Excellent relationship builder with interpersonal flexibility and ability to work independently on tasks that are not well defined;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Dutch.
