Business Controller for Group Staff Department
Your Work Environment
You will be part of Group Finance MA team supporting corporate staff departments on all financial matters, in close cooperation with global cost management team of Group Finance as well as other MA and FA colleagues .
The Business Controller for Corporate Staff supports ING's Senior Management on both tactical and strategic level. As part of Group Finance, you and your team are responsible for all control activities related to the number of Corporate Staff department(s). A challenging position that places high demands on both your analytical skills and your social skills. You are in direct contact with C-level executives. You collect the information, you make analyses and you present your findings.
As a good Finance Business Partner you prepare budgets, make forecasts and support business cases. But above all you are a committed sparring partner. You know exactly what's going on. You think along and anticipate things. You are able to intervene and adjust where necessary, based on your knowledge and expertise.
