In view of the exceptional growth our organisation is coping with, we are looking for an experienced professional to combine strategic advisory responsibilities with the leadership of a major transformation initiative within our globally operating technical unit.
How you'll make a difference- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on the strategic development of our organization
- Review the diverse operating models, strategic principles, and mid- to long-term roadmaps of the various parts of our organization and harmonize in close collaboration with senior SO Management team
- Analyze our organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and governance
- Translate strategic objectives into concrete programs, initiatives, and implementation plans. Assume a leading role in planning, steering, and executing a key transformation initiative for our oragnizaton
- Ensure transparency through structured reporting, KPIs, and management-ready decision materialli>
- Lead cross-functional and cross-hierarchical teams in an international environment. Proactively manage stakeholders across countries, functions, and hierarchy levels
- Drive change management with a strong focus on culture, communication, engagement, sound and sustainable adoption. Foster a ONE FS spirit across the organization
- University degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar)
- Several years of experience in strategic consulting, organizational development, or leading complex transformation initiatives, confident, advisory-style presence with senior leaders (trusted advisor mindset)
- Proven experience working with international teams and our global service organization, preferably also Region Europe & Africa
- Teamplayer with strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
