Your mission is to deliver a robust technical foundation and operational efficiency through best-in-class content and product information management. In this role, you add value by enabling internal users through integrated services, tools, and technology, following MACH architectural principles.
This is your daily actionKey initiatives within your scope of responsibility include assessing, optimizing, and making our marketing tech stack fit for growth. You translate marketing needs into scalable, forward-looking tech solutions. Your focus will be on:
- Ongoing improvements of Content Management and Digital Asset Management systems to streamline operational workflows
- The integration and adoption of Product Experience Management (PXM) and working closely together with the teams responsible for Product Information Management (PIM)
- Ensuring compliancy and data integrity across all content and product platforms
- Building the right product, where your technical counterpart (Technical Product Owner) is responsible for building the product right
You will independently lead and drive these initiatives, ensuring that business goals are met while delivering optimal performance. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder demands is key. Success in this role hinges on balancing technical know-how with a strong commercial focus. You will work within an agile environment ensuring that the necessary tools and technology are in place to support Action’s strategic objectives.
Meet your teamThe (Senior) Product Manager - MarTech Foundation reports to the Head of Product & UX and works closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Customer Engagement, and Studio Action (Content). Together, we strive to enhance our internal systems to support both our business and our customers. In this role, you'll be part of the Marketing team, responsible for implementing and optimizing the tools that support our marketing efforts and improve business productivity.
This is youAs (Senior) Product Manager, your strength lies in effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, where you naturally involve stakeholders. You have a clear understanding of the needs of our internal users and keep an eye on our overarching strategic goals. You navigate the complexity of product management with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
In addition:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business, IT, or marketing, with Scrum Product Owner training and certification
- At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in an agile environment, working at the business-IT intersection, ideally as a Product Manager
- Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms or tools, specifically CMS, DAM, or PIM/PXM related
- A commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic, can‑do mentality
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English (both oral and written). Your ability to communicate natively is essential in translating complex technical roadmaps into business value for our local Commerce and IT teams.
