Tasks
The SAP PM Consultant contributes to high-impact, client-facing projects, delivering advanced solutions using SAP’s latest technologies. This role demands a strategic mindset with a focus on leadership development and business growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining service excellence for existing clients, cultivating new customer relationships, driving business development, and aligning solution offerings with evolving market needs. The consultant also supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of accountability.
- Drive complex process and IT consulting projects, with a focus on the automotive industry
- Design and implement innovative solutions in Supply Chain Management
- Define detailed development blueprints and deploy optimized logistics concepts
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Identify and lead new business opportunities
- Establish a strong professional reputation as a trusted advisor
- Take ownership of responsibilities as (sub)project team leader
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) experience (process & customizing)
- Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, CS, QM, SD) is a strong plus
- 2 SAP full lifecycle implementations
- Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
- SAP certifications are a big plus
- Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
- Professional appearance with strong customer focus
- Analytical and structured working attitude
- Strong teamwork capability
