Our Team
At Porsche, the Aftersales department is responsible for all activities that keep the sold cars in perfect condition for our customers. Our department’s core responsibilities include spare parts supply and turnover, further business development, repair expertise for high voltage, warranty, service excellence, loyalty offers, service marketing and homologation for new cars.
What to expect?
• You gain insights into the daily operations of the Aftersales department.
• You support various team activities, including parts pricing, business target calculations, product management, and internal communication.
• You provide personal assistance to the Aftersales Director, supporting her on strategic topics.
• You support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
• You manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reporting.
• You contribute to the development of Aftersales reporting in Power BI by defining, implementing, and maintaining analytical use cases.
• You assist the team in building presentations and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.
• You coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.

What sets you apart?
• You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
• You have a background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
• You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• You have IT skills, including experience with tools such as Power BI.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
• You have the ability quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
• You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026)
