Our Team
At Porsche, the Market Development department is responsible for shaping go-to market strategies to grow new and upcoming regions including, market research, hosting design thinking workshops with importers and dealers, supporting them with growth business plans, marketing and strategy implementation, with a focus on driving volume and revenue of new cars, pre-owned cars and corporate sales in targeted growth regions such as India.
What to expect?
- You gain insights into the daily operations of the Market Development department.
- You provide personal assistance to the Market Development leadership team, supporting them on strategic topics.
- You oversee various activities, including meeting and workshop coordination, support for growth strategies, contributing innovative ideas, monitoring deadlines, tracking project progress, and ensuring target achievement.
- You support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
- You coordinate market input for strategic topics and create or adapt management-level overviews to support decision-making.
- You facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
- You participate in the Porsche Middle East Student Innovation Challenge as part of your internship experience.
- You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.

What sets you apart?
- You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
- You have a background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
- You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
- You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
- You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026)
