- Review and process incentive claims and respond to field and Porsche Centers’ inquiries related to national sales programs
- Utilize existing PCNA systems and tools to improve dealer claim processes and streamline workflow
- Assist in extracting data from multiple and often disparate sources, connecting the dots, and forming insights to present to PCNA internal stakeholders
- Support regular and ad hoc projects within Sales Operations; documenting new procedures, requirements, and initiatives within the sales organization
- Create and distribute the Money in the Market Reports and Service Mobility Reports to PCNA stakeholders
- Support, administer, and provide record keeping for the Dealer Employee Lease and Tariff Price Protection Programs
- Proofread and provide feedback on sales program bulletins, departmental reports, and communications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational/project management and interpersonal skills required
- Strong understanding of automotive financial services helpful
- Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their competition helpful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel (functions, pivot tables, and charting skills required, Think-cell, VBA, and Power Query skills helpful)
- Attention to detail

- Experience with Performance Measurement Systems and reporting tools
